3D scanning sensor type M - EADS France
This sensor 3D scanning is based on the measurement technique in structured light. It allows to characterize the deformation of different parts and that in a volume of 200 x 150 x 70 mm 3.
The pre-calibration of the sensor can be used in the laboratory or on site. It is also equipped with the latest technology of digital cameras and video projectors.

Control system geometric glazing
The measuring system
HOLOMAP ® allows control of the 3D shape of a window. The idea is to observe the deformation of a network by reflection on the uneven surface of it. The deformation is then quantified by image processing to provide information and slope position XYZ.
The system consists of a target fixed to the ceiling, a CCD camera and a computer for data processing. The field displayed can vary from 0.3 x 0.4 x 1.3 m² to 1.0 m².

Control Equipment ceramic bars
This equipment is dedicated to the optical measurement of ceramic filters. This system can scan 3D surface of the ceramic filters to control their geometry. The ceramic rods are placed on a motorized turntable that allows the system to scan the entire surface.
Equipment for measuring deformation of glass - EEIGM
This measurement system can track over time the deformation of a glass placed in a furnace where the temperature can vary up to 700C °.
The measurement method is based on an optical sensor that uses the principle of fringe projection (structured light). This sensor consists of a video projector and a camera. The observation of the glass is made through a transparent window.
Equipment vibration analysis of wood panels - US2B
This equipment can measure the deformation of wood panels asked by a mechanical excitation obtained from an electromagnetic shaker.
The measurement method used is the stereo-vision.
