3D bench scanning
The test piece is placed on a 5-axis table. The different sides of the piece are presented to the sensor and are optically scanned.
Knowledge of the movements of the table between each view can be used for clouds registration.
Scanning the part is so completely carried out in a very short time.
Mode of operation :
The entire bench is controlled by the software "3D BenchDriver" on PC. This allows to perform all operations necessary to complete a scan of the object :

- General calibration of the machine: this operation is used to determine changes between the reference sensor and the machine table
- Select a scanning sensor
- Perform movements of the table
- Start taking a view of 3D scanning
- Record or run a macro: complete sequence of 3D scanning and motion machines.
