The part to be inspected is placed on a 5 axis table. The various faces of the part are presented in front of optical digitizing sensor.
Knowledge of table movements between each view is a way of expressing the various clouds of points in the same reference system automatically.
The object digitalization is completely done in a very short time.
Notice :
The Bench is drived by the software "3D BenchDriver". This software allows to do everything needed for a full digitalization :
- calibration between the bench and the sensor : it allows to move the pointcloud from / to sensor frame to / from bench frame
- to select the 3D Sensor
- to move the table
- to digitalize
- to record or to begin a macro : move the table in all directions to get the whole digitalization.
